YOUR MISSION
As an Enablement Specialist, you will work with our XDR team on our world-class Marketing team to train and develop the next generation of top sellers. As a part of this role, you will align with several stakeholders within our Marketing team to align Marketing and MURAL initiatives with the prospecting and sales efforts of our XDR organization. You will create intriguing content, facilitate captivating and motivating enablement sessions, and foster strong relationships with our XDR Managers in order to provide the right training at the right time. You will also develop the knowledge and know-how of the technology platforms we use to uncover and extract data to guide our areas of focus.

In this role, you will:
- Align with stakeholders in Marketing, Sales, and Leadership to understand company goals and initiatives
- Create training content that is consumable and actionable for the XDR organization
- Maintain productive relationships with XDR Managers working as a partner to develop their XDR teams
- Facilitate enablement sessions for our XDRs with energy, focus, and a coaching mentality
- Review, iterate on, and own the onboarding process for XDRs in order to reduce time to productivity
- Use technology to uncover areas of improvement for our XDR organization
- Deliver feedback to XDRs and teammates with the goal of always improving
- Receive feedback from XDR leadership with a positive and go-forward mindset
- Embody the core beliefs of MURAL while bringing a healthy attitude to work every day
YOUR PROFILE
We are looking for dedicated individuals who can work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 3+ years of technical support experience within technology services
- Exceptionally good or native oral and written English, with good collaboration and interpersonal communication skills
- Demonstrated project management experience with small projects
- Technical knowledge of enterprise software and SaaS
