Our new Enrollment Advisor will join a team of advisors and be responsible for connecting with prospective Pathstream students and test new ways to contact, message, and understand them. They will be able to manage a daily pipeline of outreach while taking comprehensive notes on each prospect to help us learn what types of contact work and learn more about our target audience. 

This role is critical to the success of our programs and the overall experience of our students. A successful Enrollment Advisor has a keen sense of what students from all ages and backgrounds need in their learning journey and a professional and empathetic demeanor when interacting with others. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the systems and procedures that will help us scale the reach of our online courses.

This position can be remote or based out of our HQ in San Francisco, CA and reports to the Marketing & Enrollment team. We are targeting a 75-90 day contract from early July to the end of September.

THE ROLE

As an Enrollment Advisor, you will:

  • Manage a daily pipeline of contact with new and existing prospective students
  • Document learnings from calls
  • Test new messaging and outreach strategies
  • Contribute to Pathstream’s user research efforts

YOU’LL BE SUCCESSFUL IF YOU HAVE

Qualified applicants will meet the following criteria:

  • Experience in a call center or similar setting where you manage outreach to many different people
  • Student-centric and service-oriented mindset
  • Experience using CRM systems
  • Ability to work quickly and adapt to an agile start-up environment
  • Enthusiasm for Pathstream’s mission
  • Ability to work outside of traditional hours to adapt to calling prospects in multiple time zones

Nice to have:

  • Experience in B2C sales
  • Experience talking to prospects interested in educational programs
