The Enterprise Security Administrator role will be responsible for managing access to all the systems at Carta (project management software, SAML provider, internal tools, etc). They’ll be responsible for taking over the access administration of all these systems from various stakeholders and ensuring Carta staff get the access they need in a timely fashion.

Responsibilities 

• Improve the inventory of Carta systems that need access management (Vendors, internal tools, etc)
• Administer access to all systems in Carta’s inventory.
• Create and maintain documentation on which Carta staff should get which kind of access to which systems (based on role).
• Improving the access management of systems in Carta’s inventory through automation
• Administer and implement integrations with Carta’s SSO/SAML system and Carta’s tools.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• 2-4 years of experience working in corporate IT environments
• Understanding of IT principles and an ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to a varied audience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented and problem solver with an action-oriented approach
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage stress effectively in a fast growing company
• Some experience with project management.

Nice-to-Haves

• Some experience supporting and/or managing Information Security programs.
• G-Suite and/or OneLogin administration experience
