Unity Technologies is seeking an Executive Assistant to support our CFO. You will be a critical partner to ensure that our finance and IT organizations are running smoothly. You will work closely with members of our C-Suite, company executives, other assistants, and employees from across the company.
We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant with a great attitude, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and an ability to think critically and quickly solve problems. Top-notch organizational skills are essential.
Responsibilities
- Manage calendar and schedule to help balance conflicting priorities
- Manage emails to ensure responsive communications internally and externally
- Proactively help executive to plan for meetings, interviews, and commitments
- Build strong relationships at all levels of the organization, from C-level executives to junior employees
- Plan, coordinate and oversee logistics for team onsites & offsites
- Remain positive and focused while working in a fast-paced environment
- Organize worldwide travel involving airlines, hotels, and ground transportation as well as team social events
Requirements
- High integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Demonstrated experience supporting senior executive leaders
- Proven ability to thrive in hyper-growth and highly collaborative environments and is highly reliable, responsive, and results-oriented
- Very high proficiency with Google G Suite applications (calendar, email, etc.) with exceptional written and verbal communication skills

- Interest in or experience working in finance, accounting, or IT
- Experience with creating/improving processes
