The Role
Afterpay is searching for a reliable, organized, and task-oriented Executive Assistant to support and partner with several of our senior leaders. This Executive Assistant will work directly with global and local leaders in managing the calendars, expenses, travel, meetings, and general flow of information. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a fast-growing international company with a global leadership team.
Responsibilities
-Managing the executives’ calendars, meeting schedules, and the flow of information between the executives and other company leaders, clients, and visitors
-Primary point-of-contact for all internal and external communications with the executives
-Organizing and maintaining expense reports
-Prioritizing calendar events and adjusting schedules as needed
-Distributing meeting notes and general information as needed amongst the executives’ teams and direct reports
-Planning and coordinating international and domestic travel needs
-Acting as a host to executives’ visitors when in office
Qualifications
-5+ years of working experience as an Executive Assistant supporting a C-Level Executive
-3+ years of experience supporting multiple C-Level Executives
-Knowledge of both Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and G Suite products (GMail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.)
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
-Outstanding communication and project management skills
-History of handling sensitive information discretely and professionally
-Ability to act with a sense of urgency with high-priority needs
-Preferred: Experience supporting executives across international office locations
-Preferred: BA/BS degree
