About this role

Sentry is looking for an Executive Assistant to support our top-level Executives in smoothly managing day-to-day administrative duties. Our ideal candidate has excellent communication and problem-solving skills, is able to juggle competing priorities, has a high level of attention to the details, and handles confidential information with discretion and trust.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage and maintain multiple executive calendars to streamline their day, prioritizing appropriately and using good judgment in offering solutions to complex scheduling and meeting planning needs
  • Handle executives’ expense reporting and data entry in a timely and accurate manner
  • Coordinating and booking domestic and international travel & entertainment arrangements
  • Handle confidential and non-routine information with discretion and facilitate communication between appropriate people and teams
  • Attend meetings with the executives as needed; set agendas and objectives, take notes, gather follow up action items, and identify who is accountable for next steps
  • Coordinating external meetings such as off-sites and occasional events, including but not limited to attendee communications, venue management/coordination, audio/video set-up and management as needed, any catering and program material preparation
  • Supporting ad-hoc office, HR, and culture initiatives

 Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant to multiple executives (startup and/or experience in a hyper-growth organization preferred)
  • Expertise in G Suite (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs, etc.) and/or Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with complex calendaring for multiple executives and teams
  • Beyonce-level flawlessness when it comes to organization and attention to detail
  • Highly-positive and service-oriented approach to working both internally and externally
  • Empathic and professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and maintain composure and sense of humor in high-pressure situations
  • Track record of consistently going above and beyond
