What you’ll be doing

• Finding the win-win. Skillfully managing extensive calendaring, and balancing of conflicting priorities across individuals and teams.
• Connecting the dots to get our leaders where they need to be across our many teams and locations. Coordinating complex worldwide travel involving airlines, routes, aircrafts, hotels, and ground transportation.
• Bringing the team together to do their best work. Planning, coordinating and being responsible for logistics for team onsites & offsites, meeting venues, catering, AV, and coordinating group travel.
• Collaborating like mad with partners and peers around the globe in an inclusive environment. Collaborate with all levels of the organization, including C-level executives and stakeholders.
• Building expertise in Unity culture, systems, processes, and tools. Being an expert in working with central teams and tools (procurement, IT, etc.). Working directly with these teams on behalf of the BU leadership team as needed, and able to coach/onboard others to these teams, processes, and systems.

• Strong collaboration skills, specifically, listening and communicating effectively – in writing, speaking, and presenting (in-person and on conference calls).You’re focused on driving positive outcomes. You’re not precious, you are resilient and you know this is about getting the right work into the world above all else.
• You are comfortable learning new applications, tools, and systems.
