To scale at a global level, the team utilizes best in class technology, machine learnings, and deep analytics to identify and push growth opportunities from our investments. The team also ensures that our customers have not only relevant, but the best experiences through data personalization.



We are seeking an innovative Experimentation Strategist to join our Experimentation Team. This individual will be responsible for executing the corporate testing portfolio for e-commerce and mobile-optimized websites to maximize ROI and improve the online customer experience. The Experimentation Strategist will be a primary point of contact for all aspects of testing and will interface with stakeholders such as Marketing, IT, GMs, Product Management, and Analytics. Our testing portfolio covers a broad spectrum of experiments including site algorithms, platform features, catalog and pricing changes, design enhancements, etc. We are looking for an A/B testing expert who can support a diverse testing plan with an advanced marketing, technical and analytical skill set and who will be a key contributor in delivering bottom-line results.

Responsibilities

•Prioritize and manage Experimentation roadmap 

oLead discussions with stakeholders to understand test goals and business impact

oIdentify opportunities to run tests based on effort, site traffic and competing tests

•Own A/B and multivariate test design, execution and documentation

oDevelop and clearly articulate test hypotheses and success metrics based on testing requirements

oWork closely with developers to build out testable features in accordance with requirements

•Monitor tests throughout their lifecycle to ensure testing fidelity and validity

oEnsure a seamless site and customer experience for every test

oEvaluate the impact of concurrently running tests, promotions, launch of new features and other website changes that might influence test results

•Provide valuable context and analytics know-how for interpreting test outcomes

oRecognize and resolve data or tool inconsistencies and gaps that impact testing success 

oContribute to experiment analysis – help uncover changes in metrics, identify shifts in user behavior and effectively communicate the story behind test data

•Drive the test communication process, inform stakeholders of test status, provide visibility into test outcomes, and populate experimentation roadmap based on testing recommendations

Qualifications

•Minimum of 3 years’ experience using A/B and Multivariate Experimentation tools such as Optimizely, Maxymiser, SiteSpect, Adobe Target, etc. Experience with internally developed experimentation platforms a plus 

•Strong project management skills - Minimum of 2 years’ experience driving experiments from ideation to completion 

•Experience with Web Analytics tools such as Omniture, Google Analytics, etc. a plus. 

•Knowledge of Usability/User Interaction and Customer Journeys and are desired

•Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. 

•Proficiency in Excel

•Experience at a B2C e-commerce company a plus

•Bachelor’s degree required
