We’re looking for a qualified and experienced Financial Business Systems Manager to join our growing Finance & Accounting team. This role will lead Netsuite administration to drive more automation in financial reporting for the business. In addition to these projects, there will be strategic initiatives supporting Rippling’s future growth. Our team in India is a core investment area for Rippling and always has been since the founding of the company. What You'll Do: 

• Take ownership of monthly financial reporting out of Netsuite for FP&A

• Partner with Accounting, FP&A and other cross-functional teams to gather business requirements

• Responsible for Netsuite ERP "best practices" process implementation and drive end-to-end process implementation or improvements initiatives (design, test and deploy)

• Architect system integrations between Billings (in-house), Avalara, FP&A Software and Netsuite

• Set up robust subsidiary reporting and consolidation within Netsuite

• Design and implement systems with foresight and thoughtful planning to support a rapidly scaling startup 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting

• Proven track record of leading Netsuite implementation and administration for SaaS companies

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial business systems management, specifically Netsuite and FP&A tools such as Anaplan

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Independent problem solver with the ability to take on tasks with minimal supervision

• Ability to manage multiple tasks, take ownership of work product and improve processes

• Passion for fast-paced entrepreneurial work environments
