We’re looking for an awesome Front Desk Administrator that can thrive in a fast-paced, cutting-edge, technology-driven environment. We’re looking for someone who can be flexible and handle a constantly changing and exciting work environment.
Here’s an overview of day-to-day tasks:
Act as the first point of contact for all RingCentral staff/guests or vendors in the day-to-day. Help those with Visitor-badge and temp-passwords via our system for them.
Organize inbound and outbound mail/packages via USPS, UPS, and FedEx
Organize meetings with internal and external personnel if needed
Organize and decorate the front office area to properly host those seated and waiting while our big screens promote the daily news and RingCentral feeds.
Work closely with our Facilities team to ensure the front office supplies are fully stocked
Qualification and Skills:
At least two-years’ experience in a similar role at a fast-paced work environment preferred
Excellent communication skills ¬and has a professional, friendly demeanor
Ability to observe business etiquette and maintain a professional appearance
Exceptional ability to create a welcoming environment
Resourceful, proactive, and a great team player
Detail-oriented and able to multi-task
Knowledge and experience with Google and Microsoft Office Suite
