About The Role & Team

The Front Desk Experience person will work alongside the Office Manager and People Experience team lead in our San Francisco headquarters. As part of the People Team, the People Experience Team strives to make Amplitude a great place to work by curating and delivering an exceptional employee experience. 


As a Front Desk Experience (Receptionist) you will: 

  • Greet all guests and visitors, welcoming them to Amplitude
  • Manage all shipping and receiving of mail and packages
  • Monitor and maintain the overall appearance and tidiness of conference rooms and communal spaces
  • Triage tickets from Zendesk
  • Coordinate with building management on ad hoc requests
  • Order, stock, and organize all supply areas
  • Coordinate projects on an ad hoc basis
  • Be a pillar of the Amplitude community, exemplifying our company values
