Global Procurement Operations Manager

About the Role:
This is a newly created role within the finance organization supporting the Director of Procurement. Success will be heavily based on creating a frictionless, intuitive and scalable process at Keeptruckin. You will provide procurement governance and alignment as our business continues to evolve in keeping with a “spend it like it’s yours” and mitigating risk frame of thought.
This role will be in charge of implementing Coupa and building out a more established purchase order process within the company.
What You'll Do:
- Managing the operations oversight of the procurement process from start to end
- Lead process and tool optimization with continuous improvement for a best- in-class purchasing
experience - Develop and own the training / documentation on procurement processes and policies
- Become a subject matter expert on all KT related policies, procedures which impact day to day
purchasing - Be the point of escalation for advising the business on operational procurement-related issues or
questions. - Develop, Maintain and Expand catalog spend within P2P Tool
- Own vendor creation and maintenance process
- Create and report on procurement operational metrics and KPIs
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 5+ years experience in procurement, vendor management, or
partner management - Experience in tool implementation and project management
- Team player with collaborative style and proven track record of building successful relationships with
stakeholders and suppliers - A minimum of 3-4 years of proven experience in leading process and tool development
- A minimum of 1 year of experience managing a team
- Netsuite experience & Coupa experience is highly desirable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills (i.e. cost modeling, quotation analysis, supplier selection)
