About Your Role: 


Sendoso is looking for a Revenue Operation Manager to sit in the driver’s seat for our GTM tech stack. This role involves hands-on administration of our core tools, integrating and configuring a seamless end-user experience for our GTM teams.

Who You Are:

  • You’re a builder, an architect. You can take a half dozen sales/marketing tools and integrate them into a seamless workflow. You bring a strong sense of empathy to work each day and are willing and able to help a team member at a moment’s notice. You’ve got sharp attention to detail, and are always planning for what's around the next corner.

Projects You’ll Work On:

  • Own day-to-day administration of Salesforce instance and drive a feature development roadmap to support Sendoso GTM initiatives
  • Manage third-party integrations and guide our tech stack towards a 360-degree view of the customer, utilizing Salesforce as the core platform.
  • Serve as primary helpdesk support and primary contact for triaging GTM tool issues
  • Ensure solutions are built for scale and follow best practices. Help plan and prioritize future business systems needs

Experience:

  • 4+ years of professional work experience developing solutions in Salesforce ideally at high growth SaaS companies
  • Familiarity with core Salesforce CRM functional technologies including Process Builder, Flows, Validation Rules, custom objects, roles/profiles, etc.
  • Experience owning and integrating Salesforce into a larger company-wide tool ecosystem (finance systems, integrations to eng/product backend, etc.)
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and can drive towards simple solutions to complex problems

Bonus Points If...

  • Salesforce Advanced Admin or other SFDC certifications
  • Experience with CPQ, NetSuite, or Tableau
  • Prior experience as an IC in a Sales, Marketing, or Customer Success role
