The Role

Addepar is looking for a strong written and verbal communicator to join the Go To Market (GTM) team as we innovate and document our client engagement model for future expansion. The GTM Historian will help detail and share our best practices across the GTM organization as we better align to anticipate and serve the needs of our clients across the wealth management, family office, private banking, and global investment management market segments.

The GTM Historian will be part of a team responsible for learning the mechanics and documenting the customer lifecycle playbook spanning quality pipeline development, prospect qualification, implementation and adoption design, and client experience and account management. The GTM Historian will also help maintain our Onboarding program content to better educate and certify our new hires. This role will partner with the other organization leaders to define the engagement model.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and document the end-to-end customer lifecycle playbook that captures how we engage with our clients to help them mitigate risk and accelerate their goals using the Addepar platform.
  • Develop a deep connection and understanding of Addepar's GTM teams encompassing Sales, Operations and Strategy, Services, Experience and Success, and Account Management.
  • Work with the broader GTM management team to identify a scalable structure, tools, and learning modalities to build and influence the adoption of the playbook.
  • Provide a comprehensive view across the entire customer lifecycle through documentation and storytelling, identifying areas of friction to remove as we optimize the experience for both Addepar employees and our clients.
  • Strive to understand our GTM Key Performance Indicators and map to the processes reflected in our playbook.
  • Participate in GTM Onboarding, including the creation of documentation, video training, and education.
  • Engage with both internal and external personnel to learn and document training standard methodologies.
  • Maintain a version control model for ongoing document iteration.

Who You Are

  • Proven track record of project management execution.
  • 2+ years experience in project or product management roles.
  • Strong work ethic, energetic, proactive, team player.
  • Excellent communication skills, including oral, written, and presentation abilities.
  • Desire to solve complex client problems and build a great company.
  • Comfortable presenting to C-suite and senior stakeholders.
  • SaaS or Financial Technology industry experience is a plus.
  • Ability to develop, critically analyze, and document processes across multiple disciplines into succinct outputs across learning modalities.
