This position is located in San Francisco, CA and will report directly to the President and Co-Founder.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Lead day to day business operations and make sure we deliver on our strategy and operational plans. In this role you’ll be in our senior leadership team. 

- Play a central and proactive role in helping us care for 10x the patients over the next two years.

- Lead a high performing team and help the existing members grow and develop their careers.

- Work with urgency and instill urgency in your team. 

- Lead our highest profile work streams and make sure they happen fast

- Structure problems in a way that you can identify the problem to be solved and what we’re optimizing for, figure out the trade-offs of different options and execute on the solution. 

- Maintain and improve our financial model.

- Identify and deliver upon the data reporting needs of different teams throughout the whole company, and make it happen.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED 

- You will likely have 10-15 years of experience, post-Bachelor's or MBA, successfully leading a Business Operations team at a fast growing company. 

- Experience across consulting, investment banking, business operations, or business analytics is highly desired.

- Ideally, your past experience has included working at a similar stage direct-to-consumer company as a leader in Business Operations.

- Ability to delve into the detail of things, because that’s where the insight and complexity lies. 

- Structured thinking so that you can simplify complex problems and identify the problem to be solved

- Ability to inspire your team and influence others beyond your team

- Sense of urgency and natural propensity to iterate fast in small batches.

- Excellent communication, including a willingness to have difficult conversations to resolve tensions and find solutions

- Comfort with data analytics tools, and consumer metrics such as CPA and LTV

- Strong understanding of financial modeling and Excel
