As our Head of Title & Escrow, you will build, lead and manage all aspects of the title and escrow business here at Divvy Homes. You have a great analytical mind with strong business acumen and experience in managing large projects and building things from scratch. Reporting to our CEO, the Head of Title & Escrow will be responsible for developing Divvy’s go-forward title and escrow strategy, and ultimately managing its operational implementation and operations including, but not limited to, seeking and evaluating potential acquisition targets or joint venture partners, hiring and building out the team, and working with the product & engineering teams to integrate third-party platforms and products. You see the big picture of the nuances and details behind the numbers and help executives set the long-term strategy. As our thought leader for the title and escrow business, you are willing to get into the details and understand the operational and financial drivers involved.

Responsibilities

• Build out and lead Divvy's title and escrow business; determine the long-term strategy
• Become the resident expert in all things title and escrow
• Directly own P&L responsibility for the business
• Build and develop strong relationships with senior cross-functional leaders in order to successfully drive long-term growth
• Rapidly scale the the business while ensuring high customer satisfaction

Requirements

• 10+ years of proven entrepreneurial experience working within startups, operations, consulting, and/or technology
• 5+ years of managing teams
• Degree in business, finance, engineering or related fields, or equivalent; MBA a plus
• Ability to create a vision and translate it into detailed and prioritized plans
• Demonstrated experience managing P&L
• Ability to build and manage strong relationships with your team, cross-functional colleagues, and external partners
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills; able to communicate and listen effectively; great written, verbal and presentation skills
