The Role

 

This position will report to the Chief Marketing Officer at Nylas. The goal of the Head of Channels is to build out our strategy for the channel function and grow revenue in the channel by leading the development and implementation of our Reseller programs across North Americas, EMEA and APAC.


This role will also work alongside our Head of Alliances on the Sales team to build out a strong partnership foundation for future Nylas growth.

What You'll Do

  • Builder: starting with a broad canvas, you will have the opportunity to build out the strategy and team resources needed to launch and scale our ISV and Reseller programs
  • The Head of Global Channels will partner effectively across functions such as Sales, Business Units, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to implement plans and programs that will expand Nylas’ current channel capability. 
  • This position will be the focal point for determining channel growth and is responsible for extending the market reach with distributors, resellers, and the agent / master agent community. 
  • Maximizing resources to grow revenue volume through the channel is critical to achieving Nylas’ overall business goals. 

What You'll Bring

  • 8+ Years of experience in partnership, alliance, channel, and/or reseller programs (experience with high-growth SaaS a big plus)
  • Exceptional sales leadership, communications and interpersonal skills 
  • Data-driven approach with a focus on impact for long-term revenue and brand equity goals
  • Ability to map opportunities and galvanize resources to the right account or channel at the appropriate time 
  • Collaborative with an ability to get things done, working in concert with Nylas executives and department leaders
  • Should have blend of critical thinking to make reasoned and sound decisions 
  • They must have the business maturity, flexibility and business judgment to help the entire Organization grow, reaching agreed upon targets in a disciplined and process-oriented fashion characterized by high growth expectations
