About the Role
The Uber Eats Global Delivery Partnerships team is seeking strong, experienced leaders to drive partnerships with the US business units of our largest global restaurant partners. We're currently hiring for two positions- one managing McDonald's, Coca-Cola, and Pepsi, and the other managing Yum brands (i.e. Taco Bell, KFC, Pizza Hut, and Habit Burger). The ideal candidate will have proven success in negotiating commercial agreements and building joint partnerships with Enterprise level partners, coaching and developing their people, creating deep senior executive relationships, and developing scalable operational processes.
You will set the vision, build the strategy and drive day-to-day activities that enable your team to exceed its quarterly and annual goals. You'll succeed in this role if you find focus in fast-paced environments, are a coach at heart and possess a spirit of curiosity that pushes you to continuously learn and teach.
What You'll Do

Basic Qualifications
• Minimum of 6 years' experience in sales, account management, strategy or operations • Experience in leadership and managing a team • Proven track record developing strategic partnerships and leading commercial negotiations with complex enterprise partners
Preferred Qualifications
• 8+ years' experience in B2B sales or account management at a high growth company, building strong C-suite and executive-level relationships • Minimum of 3 years' experience in leadership/managing a team, with demonstrated success in coaching and mentoring high performing teams to consistently exceed quarterly sales targets and business goals • Passion for and deep understanding of the food industry, inclusive of trends, competition, best practices, and other factors that affect profitability and business success across countries/regions • Strong use of insights and data-driven decision making to inform the negotiation, sales, and partner management process • Ability to drive operational excellence and impact by building and scaling repeatable processes, adapting for country/regional nuance • Builds trust with their team and partners by demonstrating personal excellence with empathy, authenticity, inclusivity, and fairness • Shows the ability to adapt with resilience and humility in a high-growth, ever-evolving environment • Outstanding written/verbal communication and organizational skills • Self-starter and collaborative leader; everywhere you go, you can't help but mobilize people, build things, resolve problems, dig into the details, go above and beyond, and bring out the best in people - you are a doer and motivator of others
