We are seeking an experienced real estate industry professional to add to our team.

What you'll do:

• Act as HouseCanary’s face of the industry for real estate and MLS
• Drive HouseCanary’s nationwide brokerage and MLS acquisition strategy
• Manage a team of brokers licensed in all 50 states
• Ensure flawless brokerage compliance and operational needs - transaction oversight, state filings, E&O insurance, audit requirements, escrow accounts, etc.
• Participate on the company’s behalf in regulatory policy to ensure an even playing field

What you have:

• Relationships within the MLS industry
• Knowledge of real estate regulations and requirements
• Familiarity with our existing tools or similar (Airtable, JIRA, Slack, Google Suite) and the ability to learn other internal tools as they’re developed
• Experience working and communicating across teams
• Fantastic sense of humor
