About Your Role: 

As a Head of Partnerships/Alliances, you will be blazing trails at the world’s first Sending Platform, helping partners help the World’s most innovative brands send anything anywhere. You will be making an impact on our economy by helping partners enable their client’s to acquire and retain customers through strategic product integrations with Sendoso. You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team of smart, successful innovators who are passionate about solving a big problem with the help of partners. 

More specifically, you will be a key player in continuing Sendoso’s tremendous company growth through partner efforts that drive partner integrations, new customer acquisition and customer retention. This role will work closely with the Product Integration Manager and be responsible for sourcing and recruiting new integration partners to integrate their product/platform into Sendoso. To ensure each partner’s ongoing success, the Partner Manager will seamlessly transition each integration partner post integration to a Partner Account Manager for executing the go to market strategy to drive new customer acquisition, existing customer adoption, and customer retention.

Key Performance Indicators Include: Prospective new partner meetings held, new integrations per quarter executed, new customer acquisition (revenue) from integrations, customer integration adoption, and customer retention.

Who You Are:

  • You have experience in a partner development/recruitment/account management role
  • You understand basic API principles, nomenclature, and development standards
  • You have experience navigating strategic relationships with VP & C-Level Executives to jointly identify opportunities to partner
  • You’re willing to collaborate with product teams to create product integration roadmap 
  • You have experience engaging directly in partner recruitment calls, and on-site meetings
  • You’re able to present ideas effectively to executive leaders, including the ability to change direction of presentation to meet the needs of the audience
  • You have the ability to build relationships and take responsibility for our partners and clients success
  • Dynamic and Strategic: You can analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of methods and results

What You’ll Do:

  • Coordinate with the Chief Partnerships Officer, co-create the integration partner strategy that aligns with the overall partner program vision
  • Pro-actively reach out to potential integration partners to understand opportunities for collaboration
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product team on marketing resources and tooling needed to recruit key partners into the ecosystem and execute go to market strategies post integration
  • Be the primary internal contact for potential integration partner inquiries related to Sendoso’s partner program
  • Ensure partner handoff to the Partner Account Manager of new integration partner accounts is seamless
  • Report on an ongoing basis on new integration pipeline, KPIs, and go to market plan post integration

Experience:

  • 5+ years experience in a customer facing role
  • 5+ years experience with exceeding quota
  • Experience working with partners in an integration/technical capacity
  • Online or software experience – preferably in online marketing, CRM, or sales engagement platforms
