The Publisher Platform Partnership team is a lean startup-like unit within Quantcast focused on a range of innovative products across Identity, Privacy, Measurement, and Supply. These include the newly launched Permisio (consumer consent preference portal), Choice (Leading consent management platform), Measure (audience analytics), and Supply (inventory/monetization), partnering with some of the biggest Publishers in the world including Reddit, Hearst, Buzzfeed, Forbes and many more.  


As the Head of Supply Partnerships, you will have a critical, direct influence on the success of Quantcast at large. You have a strategic mindset in order to bring original partnership ideas to the table for strategic and differentiated supply solutions. This role is based in San Francisco or New York City . 


The ideal candidate will have a successful track record in building strategic plans and consultative sales across SSPs and ad exchanges.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop strategic inventory partnerships, including SSPs, exchanges, premium inventory publishers, PMPs, and others, with a focus on rich media formats and brand inventory offerings.
  • Own the creation, negotiation, and closing, of deals leading to product growth
  • Provide on-going partner management, including evaluating new channel or integration upgrades, exploring identity and privacy partnership opportunities, etc.
  • Own and deliver recommendations to leadership and executive management on forward-looking opportunities
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Sales leadership to ensure overall strategies are aligned and continuously improved.
  • Ensure success in the the execution and on-going management of partnerships
  • Deep understanding and continuous learning of emerging technologies, industry privacy policy changes, and innovations

Requirements

  • 12+ years business development or enterprise sales experience in the digital advertising, publishing or media space
  • Experience working or consulting with DSPs, ad exchanges, SSPs, and/or other optimization platforms
  • Existing relationships with C-level and executive contacts in the digital publishing industry preferred.
  • Experience driving business development cycle from sourcing to managing a strategic partnership
  • High legal fluency preferred
  • BA/BS Required
