BigPanda is seeking a strong leader to build out and lead our business development and alliances strategy, organization and processes. Reporting to the CEO, we’re looking for someone who can help put polish and process onto what we’re already doing and lead our efforts to evolve and refine our channel, partnership and alliance strategy. 

Key Responsibilities:

• End to end business development execution, including the identification and screening of strategic partners, negotiating and closing enterprise agreements.
• Build and create a strategy to create a qualified pipeline for long term prospects, ensuring BP is in relevant deal flow.
• Build out the business development team, adding strong players to our team who expand our culture
• Drive revenue generation and profile / awareness lift in the market
• Work across the organization to align product, sales, finance, legal and others around our strategy
• Create repeatable deal motions that can help accelerate BigPanda’s velocity in the market

Key Requirements:

• Leadership experience in a BD / Alliances team in a technical, SaaS product company. Preferable experience as the senior-most executive. 
• Experience building the infrastructure for a strong BD / Alliance function, including structure, sizing, hiring and development.
• Experience building a robust BD / Alliances revenue model
• Experience working across channel / reseller, tech alliance and other partnership models
• Enterprise-wide leadership experience
• Strong execution capability personally and through a team
