The HEOR director / associate director will develop and execute HEOR strategies and programs for GRAIL diagnostic tests, developing value evidence to support medical affairs, external affairs, clinical development, marketing, and market access.
You Will:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and support compelling product value propositions to optimize access and reimbursement of GRAIL tests
- Identify HEOR evidence requirements and gaps, and design, conduct, and deliver studies and tools to support value messages and product differentiation
- Develop and implement Clinical Outcomes Assessment (COA) measurement strategies and plans
- Lead, build and execute research partnerships with key organizations, including managed care, IDNs, medical groups, and health care policy think-tanks/opinion leaders
- Lead cost-effectiveness and budget impact model development, including adaptations
- Support direct payer engagements with presentations of economic analyses
- Develop HEOR publications
- Manage a budget and resources
- Adhere to all GRAIL Policies, SOPs and other controlled documents
Your Background will Include:
- A Ph.D., MS, or MD, PharmD in a HEOR-related field (e.g. pharmacoepidemiology, epidemiology, healthcare/data analytics, health economics, health services research, public health)
- 5+ years of diagnostics or pharma experience including prior experience with product launch(es)
- Strong technical expertise in conducting HEOR studies and models is required
- Experience in design and implementation of clinical outcomes assessment (e.g., patient reported outcomes data), including experience in analysis and reporting of data is desired
- Strong publication track record with deep critical thinking and problem-solving skills and ability to bring key issues to resolution is required
