YOUR MISSION

Our belief in People Operations is simple: To make team members at MURAL feel empowered and engaged with their work every day. Your role as HRIS Administrator makes that a reality by ensuring that our data and systems are accurate and team members can find the information they need.


As an HRIS Administrator you'll be the owner of our HR information systems, managing our current HRIS and supporting the rollout, adoption, and maintenance of Workday. You’ll work closely with the project team to ensure successful implementation and drive value through analyzing and evaluating data and reports, providing insights in how to enhance processes and inform operational and strategic decision making.


You will report to the People Operations Lead and work closely with colleagues across the global People Operations team. In this role you will:

  • Be the owner for our HRIS
  • Assist in the implementation of Workday system and take end to end responsibility for the following key areas:
    • Manage existing modules, ensuring they are accurate and being used in the correct way
    • Implement new HR modules and new functionalities as agreed
    • Create reports, making changes to reports as needed
    • Serve as the go-to Workday expert for the organization, run trainings where needed, ensure manuals are kept up to date and manage team member questions about the system
    • Run regular audits to ensure the data on the system is clean and up to date
  • Analyze and recommend enhancements to business processes and other aspects of system configuration to streamline HR and optimize efficiency while ensuring data integrity
  • Assist with the integration of Workday to our other tools
  • Ensure compliance with all federal and international legal and disclosure requirements, and assist with the completion of I-9 forms in the US 

YOUR PROFILE

  • 2+ years as an HRIS Administrator, ideally in multiple locations, including the USA
  • Experience with Workday and ideally have led or closely supported a Workday implementation
  • Strong in data reporting and analysis
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ideal experience with BambooHR system
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Experience working with a Remote team, across multiple time zones.
