In this role, you will manage our current systems and assets, recommend and implement improvements, and provide training to users as needed. Our ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, has knowledge of network maintenance, and the technical skills to keep us efficient. From day one, you’ll have an immediate impact on the day-to-day efficiency of our IT operations, and an ongoing impact on our overall growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead our IT efforts
• Assess department needs, identify vulnerabilities, and boost productivity
• Train employees on software, troubleshoot, and provide technical support when needed
• Automate repetitive tasks
• Maintain and execute standard procedures for common tasks that are not automatable
• Implement responsibilities within larger business initiatives
• Prepare cost/benefit analysis reports for upgrades as necessary
• Track and maintain hardware and software license inventory
• Work within our San Francisco Office, Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm and on call for emergencies and holidays

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills
• Professional experience with scripting, automation, and monitoring
• 2+ years in information technology
• Experience with ZoomRooms a must
• Expertise in our core IT technologies, including OSX/Windows 10, GSuite, DKIM/SPF/DMARC, Video conferencing, WiFi administration
• Previous experience supporting companies of 100+ employees
