We’re looking for a new team member who can use their technical and customer service skills to assist our employees, while also learning and advancing quickly, playing a key role in our company’s growth.

You'll

• Manage Bolt’s user lifecycle program including maintaining the technical processes of on-boarding, off-boarding and other work status change events.
• Work with stakeholders across PeopleOps to maintain a consistent experience across offices.
• Help define and maintain policies and procedures for the larger IT organization.
• Manage the identity management solution for Bolt employees especially as we grow quickly.
• Work with internal employees to solve their technical problems
• Be on-call during work hours (and some limited off-work hours) for technical assistance
• Work on managing endpoint management with tools like JAMF
• Help and be a part of the team that keeps Bolt compliant with certifications like PCI and SOC2
• Work to managing the procurement process for various SaaS software and other tools.
• Perform regular licensing audits on all IT managed systems and manage the process of ensuring that all systems have the appropriate level of licensing 
• Run Phish testing on employees and manage this program along with the security team

Requirements

• 2-3+ years of experience in IT support function 
• Expertise in deploying and supporting SaaS applications, especially with SAML/SSO products like Okta or OneLogin
• OS X and Mac hardware troubleshooting experience 
• Experience with Windows and/or Unix 
• Familiarity with networking technologies and cloud services
• Knowledge of administration of Apple computer products using enterprise management tools
• Strong professional and technical communication skills (both written and verbal)
• A calm and focused approach to high-pressure situations
• Comfortable and confident in speaking openly, whether with team members or executives, always leading with a positive, service-oriented attitude. 
• Able to address issues quickly. Comfortable taking on multiple, concurrent projects and working under tight deadlines to address critical issues. 
• Skilled at both working solo on projects and equally at working closely and collaboratively with their team members, sharing out responsibilities 
• Nice to have: Experienced in creating process/procedure documentation
