Opportunity 

We are looking for an IT Manager to be responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and monitoring of UJET business systems that range from corporate networks to new hire provisioning. You’ll be working closely within your team and with other departments to keep the day-to-day IT systems and services running smoothly. Longer-term projects will include automating IT processes for onboarding/offboarding, and working with our GRC team to implement configuration and security policy across corporate devices. 

Responsibilities

  • Remediate helpdesk tickets to support IT services for a business with over 150 employees.
  • Provision equipment, services, and software for employees 
  • Manage multiple projects at the same time. Ensuring projects are on schedule
  • Provide technical support related to laptops, software, printers, POS and mobile devices
  • Identify and recommend changes to existing processes through analysis of support requests and customer surveys
  • Escalate requests to IT Engineering or other departments that manage SaaS relationships
  • Work with cross-functional partners to find efficiencies and execute improvements to our internal systems
  • Prepare on/off-boarding using automation where-ever possible.
  • Monitor and maintain corporate network devices, conference rooms devices.
  • Apply infosec policies and tasks, including risk management, testing of security controls, reacting, and responding to security policy violations.
  • Assist in creating training materials pertaining to computer troubleshooting and usage

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in configuring and troubleshooting macOS and Mobile (IOS/Android) devices.
  • 5+ years of experience as a domain administrator in GSuite and/or Office 365.
  • Proficiency with MDM device management (Kandji, Fleetsmith, Jamf, Airwatch, etc.) Must feel comfortable with multiple profiles and custom app deployments
  • Experience with AWS and GCP IAM user and billing management
  • Experience managing SAML Single Sign-On IdP services (Google Identity, Okta, OneLogin, etc.)
  • Experience managing audio/video conferencing applications including - (Zoom, Hangouts, Webex) and VOIP administration (Zoom Phones, Dialpad, RingCentral).
  • Strong experience with corporate networks include PaloAltoNetworks, Meraki, Mist, Cisco (VLANs, Wi-Fi, VPN).
  • Experience with Endpoint protection (Cortex XDR, Crowdstrike, Sophos)
  • Manage hardware asset management and procurement
  • Manage software license tracking and renewals
  • Guide and mentor junior IT support staff on career development and growth
  • Is a great communicator and a strong team player.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience developing automation via scripting (bash, python, etc.) service integration or reports.
  • Experience with security and privacy audits, such as SOC 2, ISO27001, HIPAA
  • Experience with supporting international or remote employees in different time zones.
