This position is located in San Francisco, CA and reports to the Chief Technology Officer. Position is remote work until January 2022.

What you'll do

• Manage a secure fleet of Mac and Windows devices using automation tools and processes to keep software updated
• Use mobile device management (MDM), single-sign on (SSO), endpoint security, application deployment automation and other such tools to keep the fleet secure
• Be the lead on providing the highest level of technical customer support to end non-technical and technical users
• Stage and deploy hardware, configure software
• General help-desk support for all teams, non-technical and technical, to help with system issues, hardware issues and support the system operations teams

What you'll bring

• Minimum 2-4 years of end-user help desk, hardware configuration and support experience
• Self-motivated and able to work effectively both independently and part of a team
• You must have expert knowledge in MacOS, Windows and endpoint security
• Experience of VPN management would be highly desirable
• Ability to solve problems that don’t have an out of the box solution
• Communicate professionally, tactfully, and kindly while maintaining a high level of confidentiality at all times
