We are currently seeking an IT Support Administrator based out of our SF office. You’ll be responsible for providing stellar front line support for technical issues across all our offices. You will help foster a highly productive and secure work culture as it relates to technology systems, tools, audio/video, employee on/off-boarding and more. Here's what we're looking for

• At least 3-5 years experience working as an IT specialist (ideally at a company with over 100+ total employees)
• Startup experience desirable
• You have experience with helpdesk support and customer service
• You are familiar with Mac and Windows operating systems
• You are familiar with DNS and Email configuration
• You are familiar with Google Apps administration capabilities
• You have a good understanding of AV systems (including Zoom)
• You are inclined to Google things you don’t know before asking someone
• You can build and integrate tools on your own
• Knowledge of shell scripting and linux environments is a plus
• You have a friendly personality and love to teach others
• You are great at communicating with all types of people and personalities
• You love technology and delivering great customer service
• Ability to occasionally lift 40 lbs

Here's what you'll do

• Assist with onboarding new hires, including hardware deployment and administering our SaaS app portfolio
• Support live and streaming all-hands events
• Support and maintain AV systems, build machines, and networking across our office
• Answer and manage support requests
• Help implement IT best practices along with necessary tooling, e.g. ticketing system
• Become familiar with all aspects of our IT environment to help support, maintain, and scale it
• Work with remote offices/IT staff to troubleshoot and resolve IT issues
• Keep our knowledge base and documentation up-to-dateMaintain inventory of equipment, hardware, software, and supplies
