IT Systems Engineer

As an IT Systems Engineer, you will use your expertise and experience to create and maintain seamless internal systems and applications. The ideal candidate will be local to our headquarters in Sunnyvale, CA, and have knowledge in building automation, be a self-starter, and supply guidance to our growing team of virtual Clarians. You are a master of the Mac environment and are ready and willing to provide our Clarians with experiences that delight.
Responsibilities
- Build Okta SAML provisioning/deprovisioning integrations
- Automate on-boarding/off-boarding process within Okta, Google and Atlassian
- Build management policies within Jamf Pro and Bitdefender
- Document policies, operating standards and procedures for IT processes identified or specified
- Troubleshoots system performance issues, develops and implements technical solutions related to infrastructure applications, software and other corporate systems
- Communicate design requirements and provide technical guidance to tool stakeholders as requests for integrations come up
- Write and maintain custom scripts to increase system efficiency.
Qualifications
- 3+ years building SaaS automations with Okta or Active Directory
- Knowledge in scripting languages
- Experience with Google G-Suite, Okta, Atlassian and Slack
- Ability to excel in a role with little job supervision
- Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule (you may be required at times to work off-hours)
- Knowledge of Ubiquiti network infrastructure, preferred
- Knowledge of GAM, preferred
