Coinbase's Customer Experience (CX) organization plays a critical role in achieving that vision. Our team is dedicated to eliminating customer pain points, empowering our global user base via self-service and automation, and optimizing customer support interactions to create an effortless experience. Our subteam, CX Knowledge Management, supports global, customer-facing content creation and maintenance, localization efforts, and training . We are looking for a talented, proactive training specialist to join our remote team and support teams based around the world. 

As Senior Specialist, you would be responsible for the development and implementation of e-learning and instructor-led training plans for analysts supporting institutional clients, in line with business objectives and strategies. You have a passion for education, especially e-learning, and the opportunities it affords people.

What You'll Be Doing (i.e., Job Duties) 

  • Create and facilitate training for internal CXO customers (e-learnings, and instructor lead)
  • Establish routines to support the maintenance/long-term relevance of training materials 
  • Surface feedback and proactively identify ways to optimize training processes/deliverables
  • Engage with multiple software products, most significantly LMS e-learning tool(s)
  • Coordinate live training logistics with cross-functional CX partners
  • Support ad hoc projects within the Institutional L&D team as needed

  • 3+ years experience working in a customer-focused training role required

Nice to haves

  • Previous experience supporting Institutional customers (i.e. organizations) preferred
  • Previous experience working in financial services, technology, or crypto preferred
  • Previous experience in education/background in formal L&D training a plus
  • Previous experience working in a product-driven organization a plus
