We are looking for a professional who has a passion for learning and team culture to join our People Operations team as a Learning and Development Coordinator. The ideal candidate is flexible, adaptive, a great communicator, curious, well-organized and eager to assist our fast-growing team. No day will be the same and that excites you!
Responsibilities:
- Manages projects and coordinates large company-wide initiatives (Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Monthly All Hands, Learning initiatives, etc.)
- Supports the New Hire Experience for all new hires, including managing schedules, helping to organize curriculum, content, and materials, managing feedback forms, communicating with and guiding new hires through their orientation and training, fielding questions from new hires, etc
- Develops agendas and supports communications for Learning & Culture initiatives
- Assists with scheduling and planning company learning events
- Assists with various research projects
Experience & Skills:
- Strong project management skills to assist in organized and effective roll out of new systems or process implementations
- 2-3yrs of experience organizing, scheduling and managing multiple training initiatives simultaneously whilst meeting deadlines
- Has a high proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (especially deck building) and confidence in communicating with team members across the organization
- Has an eagerness to learn new tasks and skills
- Demonstrates enthusiasm and commitment to being part of a dynamic and collaborative team
- Strong organizational skills, a proactive nature, and a keen eye for detail
- Demonstrates integrity, dependability, responsibility, accountability and self-awareness
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Can build solid relationships and operate effectively as a member of the People Ops team
