What we are looking for:

• You’re a ninja in the localization space, with experience across a wide range of workflows or product types for markets across the world.
• You have a demonstrated ability to work within a matrixed environment, someone with experience to influence teams to deliver results. 
•  You are an excellent communicator; you know how to adjust your communication according to your audience and are continually elevating your influential skills
• You’re strong both operationally and technically, with the ability to work with external/internal product teams.
• You have excellent people and vendor management skills, with a proven track record to define KPIs and hold vendors accountable.
• You are efficient and have solid business acumen; you know how to step back, prioritize and recalibrate your efforts based on your knowledge of the business and what will drive  impact. 

Responsibilities of the role:

• Collaborate closely with our product, content, publishing and marketing teams to define localization program requirements and workflows.
• Establish and own the relationship across all TMS, CAT, QC and language services tools & vendors.
• Define and track project milestones while developing, maintaining, and reporting on an overall and integrated delivery plan
• Set all KPIs for the localization program at MasterClass, and set the process to track & manage  performance for translation speed, accuracy and quality across specific markets and locales
• Design and implement efficient and scalable end-to-end localization frameworks in collaboration with internal teams

Requirements:

• Can handle multiple projects or tasks without dropping the ball

• 5+ years of localization experience, with some experience in-house
• 7+ years of experience in an operational role (i.e. project/project management, operations)
• Familiarity with video-subtitling and dubbing.
• Excellent English written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to cultivate productive and positive relationships with external partners, managers, and peers
.
• Experience managing various localization tools and systems.
