As a senior manager, you will play a critical role in delivering best-in-class partnerships with finance key stakeholders delivering world-class financial solutions. In this role, you will have responsibilities solidifying business and technical requirements to support high-quality delivery and provide product support. You will use out of the box ideas to ensure successful collaboration with the Finance and other cross-functional business teams to transform our processes and assist to organize, create, communicate, and facilitate activities that allow the company to achieve its transformation goals while guiding the strategic direction across Zscaler.

Responsibilities Include:

• Review current processes and define improvement plans for Order Management, Finance, Billing, and Revenue Operations
• Lead the implementation of new solutions across our business systems & technology teams to ensure that they are organized and delivered in a way to achieve maximum business value
• Work on NetSuite related projects including implementation of new functions, enhancements, integrations, support, and other special projects.
• Work with finance business team to translate their business priorities into technical solutions, drive simplification and alignment across stakeholders
• Lead the RPA function and be responsible for driving adoption and maintenance of automation solutions.
• Work in an agile environment to lead a team of Finance, Integration, and RPA developers that builds high quality, well-tested solutions that meet/exceed the project timelines and objectives
• Collaborate with internal and external partners for the definition, planning, modeling, governance, and implementation of integration technology capabilities
• Establish close working relationships with other IT functional leadership to support decision making and identifying savings opportunities, project risk, and process improvements
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of offshore engineers focused on finance technologies and RPA.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, finance, or related field
• Minimum 8+ years of back-office IT and financial management in a demanding, high growth environment
• Minimum 8+ years in a leadership role with a proven track record of leading high performing teams.
• A successful track record of supporting and guiding (technically and functionally), Order to Cash operations during a hyper-growth phase in a mid-sized company
• 5+ years' experience designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise-wide business processes to drive efficiency and scale using systems like Netsuite, Coupa, Adaptive Insights, etc
• Experience with RPA platforms like UI Path, Automation Anywhere, Blueprism is essential
• Experience with integration platforms like Dell Boomi, Mulesoft, Snaplogic is preferred
• 5+ years' experience in supporting and enhancing major enterprise business processes like Order to Cash, Record to Report & Procure to Pay.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work equally well in self-managed and team-based Agile/Scrum projects
• Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment demonstrating autonomy in meeting business objectives while adhering to team values.
• Must be a highly motivated self-starter who is able to achieve results with minimal direction. Requires a high-energy individual who has excellent partnering, delegation, and negotiation skills
• Must be a driver for constructive process and system change
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
