We're looking for an individual who can drive operational excellence by providing direct operational expertise and support to key functional areas at Hinge Health with special focus on service operations.

WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH

• Forecasting: Work with FP&A, Client Success and Coaching to ensure trusted and useful short-term and long-term demand and supply forecast is maintained on a weekly basis
• Operations Management: Work with the Operations Management team to optimize coach utilization by establishing processes and building tools to match supply and demand
• Operations Management:Contribute to error-free and efficient day to day execution by directly taking on, documenting, and continuously improving tools and processes across various teams as needed
• Service Delivery: Work cross-functionally to (re)-define, baseline, track and continuously improve our service delivery metrics (Delivery Operations, Participant Support, Tech Support)

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Ability to drive and improve processes related to delivery of a service by a large group of humans
• Ability to break a large problem into tangible pieces
• Strong attention to detail even when under pressure
• Ability to drive projects forward relatively independently

BONUS POINTS

• Proficient with MS Excel
• Experience with statistical analysis
• Familiar with workforce management tools (preferred, but not required)
