We are looking for an Operations Manager to partner with our quickly growing Health Coach organization. This individual will work on initiatives that support the doubling of our Health Coach Team in the next 4 months (150 to 300 people) and enable us to broaden the complexity of our workforce while still maintaining high quality, streamlined coaching. The right candidate is energized by a fast paced, innovative environment, and is looking for an opportunity to apply their operational rigor from day 1.

WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH

  • Collaborate with coaches and coach managers to increase consistency in highest impact workflows while driving user outcomes and employee satisfaction.
  • Support and scale our expansion into employing part time health coaches.
  • Partner with the Director of Coaching Operations and VP of Coaching to execute on team wide initiatives that move forward our quarterly and annual objectives.

  • Operational and Analytical Rigor: Energized by streamlining processes. Understands importance of data in decision-making and regularly uses data to drive non-obvious insights and decisions.
  • Problem solver: Ability to break a large problem into tangible pieces. Creative in resource constrained environments.
  • Process skills and techniques: Proven aptitude around project management. Able to take a well scoped problem and execute on delivery, analysis, and iteration. 
  • Effective collaborator. Able to build relationships and collaborate with various stakeholders as a trusted & accountable partner.
  • Adaptability: Always up for the next challenge, be it a change in business priority or novel team issue.
  • Passion for our mission: Personal connection and/or track-record of mission-driven work.

BONUS POINTS

  • Proficient with MS Excel
  • Familiar with SQL and other analytical tools. Bonus: ability to write your own queries
