We are looking for an experienced Manager of Coaching Quality to stand up and run a centralized quality management function for our 300+ person health coaching organization. The right candidate for the role is exceptionally passionate about providing feedback for growth and improvement, and enjoys building feedback loops that drive outcomes. You are ready to collaborate with product and coaching managers to build systems that utilize both tooling and human effort to efficiently and effectively assess performance and deliver feedback to an individual. You are comfortable using qualitative and quantitative data as a source of feedback. Furthermore, you know how to provide feedback in a way that holds an individual accountable to expectations, and empowers them to change their behaviors where necessary. 

WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH

  • Stand up a quality management function for a 300 person (and growing) coaching organization.
  • Design scalable approaches to quality management, balancing the use of tooling, data and human effort. 
  • Continuously update and maintain QA rubrics in accordance with role expectations and desired outcomes.
  • Collaborate with team managers to ensure feedback is communicated with clarity and empowers behavior change. 

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Previous experience leading a QA department for large teams. 
  • Previous experience setting up or working within a Quality Management system. 
  • Detail oriented. Doing things the right way is a value of yours. 
  • Providing feedback in a way that drives outcomes and empowers an individual is a skill you are known for.
