RESPONSIBILITIES

  • As a Strategy and Business Consulting leader, you will play a critical role in building, managing and scaling EPAM's Global M&A Consulting organization
  • As trusted advisors to boards of directors, c-suite and investors, our Managing Directors will take a cross-disciplinary and multi-faceted approach to driving strategic and operational excellence, process improvements and operating model enhancements for innovation and growth. You will bring market-leading experience and stay current on best practices, leading tools, technology, and trends in the field
  • You will help us continue to evolve the way in which we deliver our services to new and existing clients. You will combine business and technology expertise to define and deploy disruptive business capabilities. You will serve as a valued source of advice on relevant transformation approaches, business models, and digital enablement for clients and your colleagues
  • EPAM has offices locations throughout North America, EMEA and APAC. We function as global, multi-functional, integrated teams to support our clients from defining enterprise-wide strategies to deploying fully operational capabilities


REQUIREMENTS

  • Prior experience as a Managing Director (Partner or equivalent level) with a proven record of growing a practice's capability and revenue within a global professional services firm
  • A minimum of 12 years of leadership experience managing and developing high-performing teams through business and digital transformations
  • Structured problem-solving approach with a demonstrated aptitude for analytical and conceptual problem solving
  • Bachelor's degree, engineering or science preferred, with an outstanding record of academic achievement; advanced degree is also preferred
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Inspiring leadership skills. You are a visionary and can effectively motivate teams
  • Able to travel to client locations as needed

ADDITIONAL

  • Depending on the position, EPAM employees may need to work at a client worksite or an EPAM office.
