About the Role: 

Wing is looking for a New Site Leader to join our Operations team. As the New Site Leader, you will be responsible for managing the successful planning, execution, and launch of new sites for Wing’s existing operational footprint. You will need to coordinate numerous efforts across teams both internally and externally, and have a comfort with both program management and communication. The ideal candidate will be a generalist, capable of working well with both technical and non-technical teams in order to ensure smooth site launches, starts, and transitions. A successful candidate will need to be able to work fluidly between operations, marketing/communications, and policy teams. 

What You’ll Do: 

• Serve as the first line of support for major partners
• Engage with community members and a range of local stakeholders
• Communicate with potential users and provide support when needed
• Uphold themselves as a highly autonomous brand ambassador 
• Plan and manage short- to mid-term projects with numerous dependencies
• Work well with teams across the organization
• Balance many efforts; juggle multiple internal clients and commitments
• Have comfort with project management tools and best practice

What You’ll Need: 

• BA/BS degree in engineering, business, or related fields
• At least five (5) years work experience 
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Superior time management and work discipline skills
• Experience in project and/or program management
• Experience with community outreach and engagement
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
• A growth mindset and willingness to learn constantly
