An Insider's view of PitchBook Data

How would you describe the company’s work-life balance?

Work-life balance is an aspect of PitchBook that I’ve really appreciated in my nearly 5 years at the company. Rarely do I take work home with me and when I'm on vacation my team is always there to lend a helping hand. Many of my managers have emphasized the importance of work-life balance and have supported me both personally and professionally.

Sr. Account Development Manager, Direct Data

What projects are you most excited about?

The project I am the most excited about is continuing to build out our PBSF team. With 17 members from various departments such as Customer Success and Outside Sales, we have great group of peers we can constantly rely on for any questions. With more members joining later this year we are so excited to have new faces joining the PBSF family.

Customer Success Associate

How has your career grown since starting at the company?

I’m grateful to have encouragement and guidance from PitchBook. I was welcomed with open arms when I moved to the NY office, and again when I moved to the SF office. I have been lucky to move up within the org 5 times during my time here! It feels good to know that hard work and determination don’t go unnoticed if you’re willing to put in the work.

Account Manager, Enterprise

How do your team's ideas influence the company's direction?

With our office being in the heart of the Financial District, we are always surrounded by our clients and can keep a pulse of the evolving private capital markets. We are shaping the company’s direction by emphasizing the importance of being accessible to our clients and being able to meet in person to better understand their needs.
