As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of our terminal. Your responsibilities will encompass maintaining exceptional relationships with stakeholders, overseeing daily tasks, optimizing service quality, and fostering a collaborative environment for sustained growth.

Shift: M-F 10am-6:30pm 

Location: Hayward, CA

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Provide high-level customer service
  • Driver support
  • Pickup carrier management
  • Pickup report management
  • Coordinate with the dock supervisor and provide support for a successful daily dock launch
  • Open Job Report Management
  • Pickup dispatch management
  • Assign B2B / B2C 
  • Manually build jobs when needed
  • Provide ETAs when requested
  • Ad-hoc delivery/pickup coverage
  • Attend weekly operations meeting
  • Tracking/Tracing
  • Input rate adjustments

What You’ll Need

  • Great communication skills and ability to think on your feet
  • Demonstrable skills in customer support and satisfaction
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new concepts and technology
  • Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel 
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills
  • Comfort with ambiguity and rapidly shifting priorities
  • Ability to work with a sense of urgency and prioritize daily tasks
The expected salary range for this role is $22-26/hour. The actual base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and other factors permitted by law. Decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
