About the Role

Walkme is looking for a dynamic, to join our San Francisco Team as an Operations & Facility Director. You will be responsible to delivery of Facility Management Operations. You will ensure all contract deliverables with third-party service providers are met including operational up time, cost savings plans, energy reduction programs, service improvements and introduction of best practices and innovations.

What You’ll Own

  • Manage office facilities including office managers and receptionists
  • Manage the performance of operations and maintenance within US region, ensuring all contract deliverables are met within the prescribed budget
  • Guide the development of procedures for all US facilities
  • Put the employee experience at the fore-front of important projects and office procedures
  • Manage the operation and facility budget and assess cost-saving in all US offices. Ensuring facility procedures comply with local, state, and federal regulations
  • Ensure reliable cost-effective services are provided according to best practice
  • Oversee facility inspections for quality assurance on a periodic basis
  • Manage real estate and facilities related projects across the region
  • Manage lease negotiations and tenant improvement projects for all offices
  • Coordinate the management of field offices working with resources from multiple departments
  • Operate and maintain operational facilities in a manner compliant with corporate and statutory health and safety policies, regulations and procedures
  • Grow relationship with property manager, building security and building engineering staff
  • Build relationship with 3rd party vendors, including janitorial, beverage and snack, moving and security
  • Collaborate with accounting team to ensure invoices are paid promptly with appropriate supporting documentation
  • Implement a systematic portfolio and facilities management audit and improvement program
  • Be an escalation point for any Walkme US issues related to facilities or estates

What You Need to Succeed

  • Completed bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or real estate
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Facilities Management/Building Operations
  • Willingness to travel a minimum of 10%
  • Dedicated commitment to internal customer satisfaction
  • Leadership experience in FM related business within the Region
