We’re looking for a highly strategic and customer-obsessed Operations Manager to join Community Success and lead a small but impactful team of Operations project managers. The CST mission is to enable data-driven, community-centric solutions that drive phenomenal service at scale. You should be a passionate advocate for the user experience, have a proven track record of effective people management, and demonstrate competency in driving strategic objectives and operational efficiency. This is a high impact role with broad responsibilities in a rapidly growing business with a deeply collaborative, team-first culture. 


What You’ll Do:

  • Lead, energize, and support a team of Operations project managers in various cross-functional initiatives through day-to-day problem solving, collaboration with stakeholders, and effective feedback.
  • Develop team roadmap in partnership with other Ops leaders, define success metrics, and enable your team to deliver high-impact results on time.
  • Innovate ways to elevate the customer/community experience and drive operational excellence in a rapidly-scaling support operation.
  • Cultivate a strong and inclusive team culture that embodies Next values and drives engagement.
  • Hire, train, and develop promising early/mid-level talent.
  • Escalate the team’s abilities in using data to drive storytelling and hone skills in clear and accessible communication.


What You’ll Need:

  • 2-4 years' proven experience in an Operations management position or similar role
  • Ability to coach and manage project managers with various levels of experience
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data-driven strategies to get results
  • Excellent organizational skills to guide multiple project schedules
  • Scrappy, resourceful and able to find answers that may not be obvious
  • BS/BA degree required
  • Must be willing to take & pass CA Insurance License Exam

Unstoppable Qualities: 

  • Proven track record implementing scaling solutions or process optimization, ideally at a high growth company
  • Excellent presentation skills

Our headquarter office is located in the College Terrace neighborhood in the city of Palo Alto, California and near all the local eateries on California Ave. We also have offices in Rochester, NY and Boston, MA.
