YOUR MISSION

As an early member of MURAL’s growing Strategic Partnerships team, you will expand our partner network by identifying, evaluating, and onboarding new MURAL partners. Your area of focus will be the MURAL Consultant Network and new partner programs that we develop to serve professional facilitators, consultants, and thought leaders that can bring value to our community. You will engage and evaluate inbound opportunities as well as recruit key targets for our partner programs by educating  and onboarding them, ensuring they have a delightful experience becoming a partner, and remaining their navigator as they work with MURAL. You will work with a cross-functional group across MURAL, particularly our community, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to achieve your goals, as measured by metrics such as partner recruitment and partner engagement.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Onboard new partners to MURAL’s partner programs and ensure they have a fantastic initial experience
  • Identify opportunities to elevate specific partners and bring them into new programs
  • Develop target partner lists and craft targeted outbound messaging and build campaigns to reach facilitators, consultants, and thought leaders that should be a part of our partner programs
  • Collaborate with community, marketing, and sales on messaging, outbound campaigns, and opportunities that relate to key partners
  • Develop a framework for evaluating, tracking, and managing partner relationships
  • Experience communicating with all levels of internal & external leadership
  • Run experiments to validate hypotheses and then build scalable initiatives
  • Analyze the performance of partner programs and the impact they have both for MURAL and for our partners in order to identify opportunities for improvement and further investment
  • Contribute to our overall partnerships strategy 

YOUR PROFILE

The ideal candidate will have the following characteristics:

  • 4-5 years of strategic business development/partnerships experience
  • A successful track record recruiting and bringing partnerships to market with cross-functional teams
  • An experimental, data-driven mindset and approach
  • A passion for design thinking, human-centered design, agile, and/or lean methodologies
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
