  • Act as the primary liaison for all freight partners by proactively promoting solutions to internal teams and pushing partners to meet Faire business and customer needs
  • Develop criteria for new market freight launches and sign the right carrier partners to meet our customer needs
  • Solve for improving cross-border delivery rates and drive down duties/taxes/brokerage fees through third-party partners

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Domain experience within broader transportation, freight, or logistics industry
  • Deep experience and history of deal execution, including identifying, pitching, negotiating, structuring, closing, and executing deals
  • Strong communication and negotiating skills, both in pushing the envelope with third-party partners and pitching and building a business case internally to convince internal stakeholders of new opportunities
  • Proven data orientation with demonstrated experience using data to determine where to invest time and resources
  • Highly detail-oriented and structured with a proven interest in understanding the nuances of cross-border shipping and freight, including duties, tax, compliance, and regulatory requirements
  • Success in working cross-functionally and building alignment across the organization
