About The Role

Our Support team is committed to helping customers realize the full potential of Rippling. Today, we offer fast, efficient support via email, but as our customer base has grown, our users have become more diverse. We plan to broaden our offering to include more sophisticated ways to engage with our team, and we’re hiring a team to make it happen.

This role will have a large impact on our customers and our business, and will be very high profile within the company. The role includes people, product, operational and financial management, and evolves into a general management position with direct responsibility over an integrated P&L. If you thrive under pressure, love dealing with ambiguity, and are a zero-to-one builder, this role may be an exciting opportunity for you.

What You'll Do: 

  • Own the product roadmap based on customer input for this new product capability
  • Work with engineering to build these capabilities into our product
  • Hire customer-facing staff and managing their performance
  • Launch the product, and ensuring it is marketed and sold correctly in partnership with our marketing and sales teams
  • Manage the P&L around the product line

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline with strong academic performance 
  • 6+ years of work experience with experience with:
  • launching a new product line or service
  • synthesizing information, formulating a strategy and executing
  • hiring and training a team
  • working in cross-functional environment
  • managing partners and clearly expressing a point a view
  • BONUS: understanding of HR or IT functions
  • BONUS: experience with Zendesk, Jira or related tools
