Our fast-growing Private Equity(PE) and Venture Capital(VC) program is looking for a driven, versatile, and enthusiastic Manager of Private Equity Operations to help support direct sales growth for Sage Intacct.

The Private Equity Operations Manager is responsible for helping to develop, launch and analyze strategic partnerships with Private Equity (PE) & Venture Capital (VC) firms to fuel high growth for Sage Intacct's direct sales teams. This individual will be responsible for helping to research new partnership opportunities, generating analyses and reporting for internal and external use, ensure accuracy in database for PE and VC owned accounts and prospects and work collaboratively across multiple departments to maximize revenue from each partnership.

You will have the opportunity to drive significant value ensuring effective operations at scale working within and supporting the direct sales organization. You will be responsible for several primary areas: operational effectiveness (internal and external report preparation, targeting new PE/VC firms (partner recruitment), new partner research and analysis, and broader sales enablement programs to support growth in Sales Intacct through private equity and venture capital firms. This role will report to the head of private equity and venture capital for Sage Intacct.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee marketing and outreach to potential private equity and venture capital firm partners
  • Drive operational effectiveness for private equity partnerships- tracking leads, opportunities, accounts, new acquisitions, and both internal and external reporting
  • Support relationships with account executives and reseller partners
  • Enable marketing and sales development outreach, private equity training for internal stakeholders such as the sales development teams
  • Work across multiple teams in driving operational excellence within the PE/VC ecosystem

Requirements:

  • BS/BA Degree, preferably in business, accounting, finance, or related fields
  • 3+ years experience in one of the following: B2B sales, SaaS, technology, or operations
  • Strong and demonstrated written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Extensive experience of Salesforce.com, PowerPoint, Excel
  • Very strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently for long periods on large projects
  • Track record of overperforming quota or objectives
