The Sourcing & Procurement Operations team is responsible for driving operational efficiency by connecting DoorDash employees with transparent and easy-to-use services by optimizing and balancing our business needs. You will lead solutioning to solve employee problems, ensure seamless execution of cross-functional initiatives, and partner with our peer teams to improve our Procurement platform.

About the Role

In a typical day, the Procurement Operations Manager will 1) actively work with our third-party service providers (BPO) and retained teams to ensure delivery is up to specifications; 2) managing and monitoring the educational/training material for users and service providers is current; 3) assess the value of a new operational initiative; 4) run and refine experiments to drive process/tool efficiency; 5) dive into data to explain product performance at the lowest level of detail, and; 6) work side-by-side with external teams to develop our future services.

This role will lead improvement projects around the tools we regularly use, such as Coupa P2P, Conga Contracts (in Salesforce), and Jira.
