Professional Services Practice Senior Director - Remote

As a Practice Senior Director, you'll use your experience to sell and oversee the delivery of Professional Services to our customers. You will scope, sell, manage resources and manage a book of business. The ideal candidate will have practice manager experience specifically in SaaS businesses as well as domain expertise in the Sales Operations/Revenue Operations area. Traits to success include being curious, consultative, well organized, articulate, and excited about working in a fast-paced environment.
This is a fully remote opportunity and can be worked from any location in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Engage with Sales teams and customers in product sales cycles to position and scope Professional Services work
- Work with new customers to understand their use cases, gather requirements, configure the platform, develop a training plan, and rollout Clari across their entire organization
- Develop & maintain relationships with key customer champions, including VP Sales Operations/Revenue Operations, VP Sales, CRO, as well as other executives and leadership
- Write and negotiate Statements of Work for Professional Services projects
- Manage a book of business, including bookings, billings, revenue, margin, and utilization
- Responsible for hiring, assigning, and developing career paths for consultants
- Document and communicate findings from customer interactions ensure that our customers have a remarkable experience measured by NPS, renewal, and growth, and by them being a positive reference to other customers/prospects
- Facilitate a smooth handoff to the Customer Success & Support teams
- Develop and maintain product expertise, including best practices to provide value to customers
- Collaborate on internal and external product knowledge Build strong cross-functional relationships, working with Sales, Customer Success and Support, Product Management, and Engineering
- Share your product expertise with the Product and Engineering teams to drive product improvements and contribute to the product roadmap
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years relevant work experience in managing Professional Services practices around strategy and implementation required
- Professional Services Leadership roles implementing SaaS applications into complex enterprise environments
- Experience with SFDC, CRM, Marketing, Renewal/Churn, Forecasting, and other Revenue Operation systems and processes
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams including Customer Success, Sales, Product Management, and Engineering
- Superior communications skills (presentation, written, and verbal) and demonstrated ability to communicate/present effectively at all levels of the organization including the C-suiteUnique balance of technical and consulting skills, as well as pre-and post-sales knowledge
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer experience; customer-focused, enthusiastic, positive and service-oriented
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively under pressure
- Skilled at problem-solving and decision making with the ability to navigate challenging situations in a professional manner
