The opportunity

Unity’s Office of the CIO is looking for a Program Manager to coordinate the high-level program initiatives within the IT organization related to acquisition integrations, new product onboarding and early-stage collaboration with cross-functional teams on Unity-wide project opportunities to scope and define IT engagement. You will be successful in this role because you have a talent for project coordination and exhibit superb communication and organizational skills.

What you’ll be doing

• Partner closely with Corporate Development and business functions within the Create and Operate business units to ensure a methodical evaluation and successful integration of Unity’s M&A transactions
• Coordinate with IT Project Managers and business partners on new product implementation, product governance teams and new product SKUs creation in multiple business systems to ensure timely product launch
• Coordinate with project sponsors, multi-functional teams, and assigned project managers to maintain project portfolios with prioritization, status and milestones associated with the business systems integration of acquisitions
• Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management and partners
• Support ad-hoc initiatives related to M&A activities

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience 
• Demonstrable experience implementing software solutions using both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies
• Experience with IT, Sales, Marketing, Services, Financial, HR, Legal SaaS Systems (Eg: Workday, Salesforce)
• Demonstrable experience leading concurrent projects, including M&A experience
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills with an ability to state things simply and persuasively for a variety of audiences - internal, external, business and technical
• Exceptional planning, facilitation, dependency management, risk analysis & management skills
• Ability to work independently and in ambiguous situations

You might also have

• Certified Scrum Master or other Agile certifications
• Experience leading a geographically distributed team
